I want to be your Realtor® of choice. I was not born in Texas but as they say “I got here as fast as I could.” So, I grew up in Texas in a construction family and moved around a lot so, I have lived in most big Texas cities. I graduated from the University of Texas At Austin with a bachelor in Economics. The last five years I have been in the HR consulting industry working with Fortune 500 companies. Combine my skills growing up in construction with my knowledge of economics then polished with consulting with the Fortune 500’s. I find that in The Woodlands TX Real Estate is all about the people and following a sound process. I have a track record of success in those two areas. Areas of Expertise

I am primarily a Listing agent because my expertise lends me to be particularly successful in this area. I am first of all an economist graduating as I said above from the University of Texas [Aggies, Hey at least it’s a Texas school]. I have a very precise set of steps I go through to get the right price range for a home. This includes but not limited to market conditions, competition, sales history, project timing, and home condition. Secondly as a consultant, I am a keen negotiator that represents my client 100% and I do this by doing an Principle/Agent analysis to make sure that your number one goal is made my number one goal. There are over fourteen areas to negotiate a home purchase and I know them inside and out and have a clear understanding of what your goal is to match my negotiation tactics.
